Dr. Ward, a service-minded law enforcement professional, has proven success in operations management, project coordination, and program analysis. His research interests focus on leadership, police-community relationships, training and development, and work-life balance among public safety professionals and the community.  

Dr. Ward has a profound desire to conduct research and translate the findings into practical strategies to improve and enhance public safety.
